Last month, the Department of Homeland Security had a national award ceremony to present a “Small Business Distinguished Service Award.” Each agency of the Department of Homeland Secuirty was allowed to nominate two small business companies to receive this prestigious award. The ICE Port Isabel Detention and Removal Center nominated our company for this award for our performance of the Operations and Maintenance Contract at the ICE Port Isabel facility. This award was presented to our company in a national presentation, held in Washington, DC on April 24, 2013. There were sixteen companies selected throughout the country to receive this award, and our company is proud that our preventive maintenance services were singled out and that our efforts were acknowledged.
