Rosemark is proud to announce its membership to the U.S. Green Building Council as a certified organization. The USGBC is a coalition of building industry professional leaders whose common goal is to build and operate better buildings that complement our environment while simultaneously enhancing our communities.

The USGBC’s mission is, “To transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the

quality of life.” Rosemark as a small business leader in sustainability shares this same mission with the USGBC.

The USGBC council is responsible for developing the LEED certification program. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. The LEED certification is a prestigious designation for buildings, homes, and communities.

Rosemark employs LEED certified professionals to help your new or existing building/project to achieve a LEED certification. The LEED ratings are determined by points and these points are:

Certified – 40-49 points
Silver – 50-59 points
Gold – 60-79 points
Platinum – 80 + points
