Rosemark is looking to hire a Facility Manager for a multi-building project. The position will be based out of Mountainview, California. Minimum of 5 years experience with similar size and project complexity preferred. Experience with Maximo or other similar CMMS systems preferred. Paid for health, dental, and life. Government Holidays. Salary and Location Negotiable. Background Check Required.
Job Requirements Include:
– Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing non-union labor for day-to-day operations of all facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, custodial, landscaping and life safety systems for several buildings.
– Responsible for Energy Reduction Planning projects
– Plan and execute the replacement of end-of-life equipment
– Review Project documents for errors and seamless building integration
– Responsible for Facilitating payroll
– oversee all aspects of NCMMS (Maximo) database
– Coordinate with the BMS Vendor Technician to correct issues found.
– Plan and Execute multiple Task orders up to $1,000,000 dollars
– HVAC Experience a plus
