Rosemark is looking to hire a Commercial Property Manager for a multi-building project. The position will be based out of Mountain View, California. Minimum of 5 years experience with similar size and project complexity preferred. Experience with Maximo or other similar CMMS systems preferred. Paid for health, dental, and life. Government Holidays. Salary $120k-$170k. Background Check Required.
Job Requirements Include:
– Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing non-union labor for day-to-day operations of all facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, custodial, landscaping and life safety systems for several buildings.
– Responsible for Energy Reduction Planning projects
– Plan and execute the replacement of end-of-life equipment
– Review Project documents for errors and seamless building integration
– Responsible for Facilitating payroll
– oversee all aspects of NCMMS (Maximo) database
– Coordinate with the BMS Vendor Technician to correct issues found.
– Plan and Execute multiple Task orders up to $1,000,000 dollars
– HVAC Experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000 – $170,000 salary negotiable
